What a time!
Zola Marcelle, her bass trio and special guests made a smashing debut at the Jazz Re:Fest held at EartH, Hackney on Saturday 29th July!
The room was in awe as Zola captivated the hearts, minds and imaginations of all who were present.

After a successful reception to the sophomore bass & vocal EP, Zola has expanded her expression and is set to release a deluxe version of her previous EP 'Becoming'.
This version will give us 2 more gorgeously meaningful songs with incredible collaborators Rudi Creswick and her longtime musical collaborator Aron Kyne.

It's been a good 2 years since Zola began her journey with the bass & vocal exploration and she is finally returning to the scene with a new offering. Her next EP 'Becoming' which will be released 30th November 2022.
The EP is a small but mighty musical offering featuring incredible artists Daniel Casimir and Ashley Henry.

Her new EP 'Becoming' is in its final stages of preparation and will be released autumn of 2022.

This year Zola Marcelle was one of the recipients of the Help Musicians and MOBO Trust funding award! She looks forward to creating more art and music with the funding she's received.

Zola will be making her debut at the EFG London Jazz Festival this year with her bass trio including Arthur O'Hara, Leslie Essel and Nathan Bossoh!
